Basics of Intelligent Agents Technology (Different Types of Agents, Cooperative Problem Solving, Communication between agents, Cooperation protocols, Coordination, Agent-oriented system design; Application areas (Telecommunication (E-Commerce, Service Platforms, Network Management, Intelligent Networks, Mobility-supporting services), Industrial Production (Production systems, Holonic Manufacturing, Virtual Enterprises)); Tools and Languages (Industrial Standards for Communication Platforms (CORBA etc.), Network Technologies (ATM, FDDI etc.), Tools for the development of mobile agents (TeleScirpt, Safe TCL, Java), Tools for the development of stationary and interface agents)
