Abstract

JIAC stands for Java-based Intelligent Agent Componentware.The goal of the JIAC project is to develop and support agent technology based on Serviceware frameworks, allowing telecommunications and telematics services to be quickly and effectively implemented and administered. JIAC provides a complete set of language specifications and tools for the service engineer to develop agent-based services within a flexible software engineering model. Additional tools for the configuration and administration of service platforms with new and existing services completes the JIAC Serviceware framework.
