VIE-CDS: A modular architecture for criteria-driven scheduling/Eine modulare Architektur für Kriterien gesteuertes Scheduling.
Masters thesis, Vienna University of Technology.

AbstractIn this thesis the results of an analysis of the TAEMS framework and Design-to-Criteria (DTC) Scheduling are presented and used to develop and implement a modular and flexible architecture for critera-driven scheduling (VIE-CDS). VIE-CDS can be used for planning and scheduling in multi-agent systems. It uses hierarchical task-structures that describe task decompositions and their
interrelationships to other tasks, resources, and agents in a quantitative and probabilistic way, and heuristically generates schedules. This process is driven by criteria, which specify preferences for certain solutions depending on their qualities, costs, and durations. Archive Staff Only: edit this record
